Postage & Delivery:
Les Sacs Magique will dispatch your order within 3-5 working days from receipt of your order (subject to stock availability).
Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded.
Postage within the UK is £2.95 for orders up to £100 and FREE for orders over £100.
Online sales are only offered to the UK currently - for international postage rates please email.
Refunds & Exchanges:
We are happy to exchange items if you are not happy with them provided they are returned in their original, unused condition within 7 days of receipt.
Please contact us before returning the item and ask for proof of postage when sending.
We do not offer refunds on any of our products.
